if something arrives damaged, broken, or wrong — we fix it. no hoops, no interrogation. just tell us what happened.
here's how it works:
— damaged on arrival: photo it and email us within 48 hours. we'll reship or refund. your call. — wrong item received: our fault. we sort it. fully. — opened jars: we can't take these back. you know why. — change of mind: we get it. but we can't process returns on food products once they've left our hands.
one rule: contact us before anything. we don't do surprise returns.
